John's Peak is located in southern Oregon 10 miles west of Jacksonville.


John's Peak, jointly maintained by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and the Motorcycle Riders Association, contains over 14,000 acres of trails with varying degrees of difficulty. Maps available from the Medford BLM office.


There are no fees at this location.


Parking is available. Additional facilities are not available at this location.

Trail Use

Open to Class I, Class II, and Class III vehicles.


Open all year.
