Location
Winchester OHV Trails is located about 15 miles south of Coos Bay on U.S. Highway 101 at milepost 251.
Description
Winchester OHV Trails consists of 30 miles of "more difficult" groomed trails and dirt roads. Used primarily by mountain bike riders and motorcycles, the trails challenge even the best of riders with ruts, roots, steep terrain, and other obstacles. Suggested trails include Hanz and Franz.
Note: Some trails are one-way only.

There are no fees at this location.

Winchester OHV Trails riding area was developed by the South Coast Trail Riders Association and is maintained by the Coos County Forestry Department. Trails may narrow for Class I vehicles.

Parking is available on the right side (on the gravel) of the road at milepost 251 prior to the uphill passing lane.
